1. Introductory Phone Call
This is a high-level conversation to discuss your needs and how they line up with our services. If it seems like a good fit, we will schedule a meeting to focus on your situation and available paths to solve your financial concerns.
2. Gather Your Documents
You will work with our client services team to collect the documents needed for our first in-person meeting to be productive and focused. We have secure methods to send sensitive documents electronically with assistance available as needed.
3. Getting to Know Each Other
This first meeting is focused on you and will be a chance to explore your needs, assess whether our services would be a good fit, and discuss associated fees. These are typically held at our office but can also be done remotely or even using a video conference service. You can expect it to take about an hour.
4. Decision Time
Jointly agree on a strategy and fees associated with it. Are we the right fit for you? What services do you need? Are you a good fit for our services? If we jointly determine the answer to be “yes” then we sign a letter of engagement.
5. In-depth Fact-Finding Meeting
Whether you’re an asset management and/or a financial planning client, this meeting allows us to gather detailed and comprehensive information of your needs, scenario, time frame and more. We will work closely with you to make sure that you are fully prepared with all the pertinent documents while providing as much assistance as you need to be sure you are confident, organized, and ready to move forward.
6. Client of the Firm
From here on the process becomes very individualized for each client’s needs and services. Every one of our clients is a “client of the firm.” This means that our team, from the top down, will get to know you and your unique needs and circumstances. We work with all clients as individuals with our constant emphasis on providing the highest level of professional service.
